[Mac OS X] BeatMaker keyboard shortcuts

Global (only available when no editor is displayed)

  • ⌘ + N: New project
  • ⌘ + O: Open project
  • ⌘ + S: Save (current project), otherwise will call Save As...
  • + ⇧ + S: Save As...
  • ⌘ + Q: Quit
  • Tab: Show/hide studio pop-up
  • Space: Play/Pause sequencer

 

Studio pop-up

  • Left/Right: Navigate between instruments
  • Enter: Enter instrument
  • Backspace: Delete instrument
  • +: Add new instrument

 

Sequencer

  • Alt + Mouse wheel: Horizontal zoom
  • + Mouse wheel: Vertical zoom
  • Mouse wheel: Navigate
  • Spacebar: Zoom selection
  • Backspace: Delete selection
  • ⌘ + A: Select all
  • ⌘ + C: Copy selection
  • ⌘ + R: Repeat selection
  • ⌘ + X: Delete selection
  • ⌘ + Z: Undo
  •  + ⇧ + Z: Redo
  •  + 1: Tool scroll
  •  + 2: Tool select
  •  + 3: Tool draw
  •  + 4: Tool split

 

Pattern Editor

  • Alt + Mouse wheel: Horizontal zoom
  • ⌘ + Mouse wheel: Vertical zoom
  • Mouse wheel: Navigate
  • Spacebar: Zoom selection

  • ⌘ + A: Select all
